When you submit a project inquiry, Prickles Tech may collect your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, project description, timeline, budget range, referral source, and any other information you include.

The site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage and performance. The inquiry endpoint also uses request information such as an IP address and user agent to create a one-way hashed identifier for abuse prevention. Prickles Tech does not store the raw identifier in its rate-limit key.

Information is used to review and respond to inquiries, determine whether an engagement may be a fit, operate and improve the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal or security obligations. Prickles Tech does not sell personal information.

Site and inquiry data may be processed by service providers that support this site, including Vercel for hosting and analytics, Resend for email delivery, and Upstash for rate limiting. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate potential work, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements. You may also choose to contact Prickles Tech directly by email instead of using the inquiry form.
